Exodus 39

Good Morning “Workers Who Work As The Lord Commands.”  Today we are in Exodus 39.

Upon the completion of the Priestly Garments, Scripture declares: “The Israelites had done all the work just as the Lord had commanded Moses. Moses inspected the work and saw that they had done it just as the Lord had commanded. So Moses blessed them.” Exodus‬ ‭39‬:‭42‬-‭43‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Is there a lesson in here for us?  How about “Just as The Lord Commands.”  Shouldn’t we be people who purpose in everything to live “just as The Lord commands”?  Gods Glory will be seen with He descends upon the Temple and His people have fellowship with Him there.

Reminder: His Spirit descended upon believers at Pentecost and now lives in us.  We are the Temple of the Living God.  He is in us and His glory is seen when we are in fellowship with Him.  However; our sin creates a veil that shrouds His glory.  When we do “just as The Lord commands”, His Glory shines. Think of it like this; a child who is obedient to his parents brings glory to them.  The parents get compliments.  But, no glory shines when they’re disobedient.  In fact people may ask “who are this kids parents.”

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭16‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Love you all!  Dig in! Shine it up!
