Our Servant Ministry Team (SMT) is comprised of students who want more.  

They want to serve at a greater level, be involved at a greater level, and grow at a deeper level than involvement in our regular programming offers.  We all typically meet for dinner once a month, pray for the group, discuss upcoming events, go over a Devo together, and challenge each other to dig in!  Our SMT program seeks to move students through several levels to the deepest level of SMT – Discipleship.

Students who have progressed through SMT and are now considered “Disciplees”, meet with an adult staff person once a week.  We partner with parents in an attempt to determine what topics would benefit their student most.  We typically go through a specific set of material in an effort to aid their spiritual growth.  Often, simply because of circumstances of life we deviate in an effort to hit each particular student exactly where they are at.
