Revelation 6

Good Morning “Tribulation Observers”. Today we are in Revelation 6.

If you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior - you will observe the events that are about to unfold from heaven.  As we wrapped up yesterdays chapter we saw John in the Throne Room of Heaven.  Jesus the only One worthy of opening the scroll and its 7 seals, and all the creatures in Heaven worshiping Him.

“I watched as the Lamb opened the first of the seven seals. Then I heard one of the four living creatures say in a voice like thunder, “Come!” I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.” Revelation‬ ‭6‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Anytime we see the word “Come” it is an indication that what is about to happen is happening on Earth.  A action in Heaven brings about a reaction on Earth.  Come and see….

This first rider on the white horse is the Antichrist elevated to power by the surrounding world - about to usher in the Tribulation.  Some might say it’s Jesus because of the crown and white horse, but remember the Antichrist comes masquerading as a savior.  He has been elevated or given leadership… Jesus already IS King.  He has a bow but no arrows… no real power.  Jesus holds the Scroll and its seals.
Simply put the four horses and horsemen bring the following first waves of destruction marking the tribulation.
- White: Conquest - The Antichrist rules
- Red: War
- Black: Economic Collapse
- Pale: Famine Pestilence

As Jesus opens the 5th Seal we see all of those martyred for their Faith.

With the opening of 6th Seal we see Gods supernatural intervention ushering in catastrophic natural events.

“Then the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and everyone else, both slave and free, hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains.” Revelation‬ ‭6‬:‭15‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Notice: They understand this is the work of The Lamb of God; but rather than repent and cry out to Him they call for the mountains to fall on them.

Love you all!  Dig in!  Be blessed!
