Good Morning “Justified by Grace through Faith”. Today we are in Romans 3!
“This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.”
Romans 3:22-24 NIV
In this chapter Paul is dealing with the idea that when we sin, our unrighteousness shines even more light on Gods righteousness. While that is true, any notion that we should keep on sinning so that Gods glory might be better exhibited - is RIDICULOUS! Would you ever hope your kids would continue in disobedience so that you might show them grace? God is glorified when we choose Him and His ways despite the many alternatives of the world!
Again, it’s not the way we live or the things we do that save us… but they should accompany a truly repentant heart demonstrating a life changed by Holy Spirit who dwells in us. What does it say if there is no change?
It’s all Him! Always was, always is. Love you all! Dig in and live it out!
