Jeremiah 13

Good Morning “Glory Givers.”  Today we are in Jeremiah 13.

“Give glory to the Lord your God before he brings the darkness, before your feet stumble on the darkening hills.” Jeremiah‬ ‭13‬:‭16‬a NIV‬‬

We really don’t know how much time we have.  He has uniquely gifted each of us and blessed us with all that we have (1 Corinthians 4:7).  He’s placed us exactly where we are for this time, this place, this world, in its present state of “distress” (Acts 17:26-27).  For what?  What is our role?  What is your role? It’s tough, but not impossible to determine Gods will.  His Word will guide us (Psalm 119:105), His Spirit will lead, but it requires full daily submission (Romans 12:1-2).

Are you ready?  We were created to glorify Him through our love of Him, others, and our humble service within The Body (Ephesians 2:10).  Ultimately that others may see our good deeds and glorify our Father in Heaven (Matthew 5:16).  Then… they in turn do the same.  That’s multiplication baby!  It’s the reason, according to Paul that God works in ALL things… for the good of those who have been called (that’s you and I) according to His purpose.

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters.” Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28‬-‭29‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Obedience, one foot in front of the other, one step at a time.  It begins with reading, studying, living out His Word.  We can’t bypass that part and be part of the rest (Joshua 1:8).

Love you all!  Dig in!
