Re: Our upcoming Annual Meeting, second hour February 23, 2025

Members and regular attenders of the Evangelical Free Church of Eaton: Please take time to view the items posted below.
It will be helpful if you have them in hand, and have read them, before our Congregational meeting next Sunday, Second Hour.

• You will find a letter from me regarding our affirmation of the proposed Amended Constitution and the process we have gone through on our journey to this point.  The letter also suggests the likely process that will take place from this point forward, should the proposed Amended Constitution be Affirmed by our Membership.
• You will also find the latest draft of this “Proposed Amended Constitution.”  It reflects the input the Constitutional Review Committee and the Elder Council have received and carefully, prayerfully, considered.  You can distinguish it from previous drafts by the February 15, 2025 date you will find in the notice at the top of the front page.
