Isaiah 63

Good Morning “Never Alone”.
Today we are in Isaiah 63.

“Who is this coming from Edom, from Bozrah, with his garments stained crimson? Who is this, robed in splendor, striding forward in the greatness of his strength? “It is I, proclaiming victory, mighty to save.” Isaiah‬ ‭63‬:‭1‬ ‭NIV‬‬

“He is mighty to save”… sing it with me… This is it!  The 2nd coming (to earth) of Jesus.  He will return with the armies of Heaven (Revelation 19:11- ).  So why the references to being alone in it all (vs 3-4).  Remember who we are… and who He IS.  NO ONE but Jesus could satisfy the payment required for our Sin!  NO ONE was worthy to open the Scroll (Revelation 5:4-5).  And… despite returning with the armies of Heaven (Rev 19), the power is ALL His!  It’s ALL Jesus!

The LORD will redeem Israel, and restore Her, His Bride, to Himself, He will and is using the Gentiles (us) to prep Her and make Her jealous (Deuteronomy 32:21, Romans 11:11).   I’m not sure what those who believe otherwise do with these chapters.  He had never abandoned Israel, nor will He.  He was and is distressed by their sin / our sin, and does not take pleasure in their / our judgment.

“He said, “Surely they are my people, children who will be true to me”; and so he became their Savior. In all their distress he too was distressed, and the angel of his presence saved them. In his love and mercy he redeemed them; he lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.” Isaiah‬ ‭63‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Once a child of God always a child of God.  He will never leave or forsake His children (John 1:12-13, Deuteronomy 31:8,  Hebrews 13:5)

Love you all!  Dig in.
